Princess Playhomes is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Princess Playhomes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, local delivery offices, or the shipping carrier.
